One of the best business voip services

Overall I would give them a 95%. We've been with them for 4 years and I ran across this while looking up a telephone number. With our experience it's been mostly fantastic:
Pros are first class service with easy to use features that really add real value to our service. It's saved us a fortune from ATT and has probably increased our overall profits with their Call Tagging and easier call management tools.
Cons: There was a period there when I needed customer service to change some setting that I was on ETERNAL HOLD! I'm talking 20 freaking minutes!! They claim its due to their explosion of new customers but it was very aggravating. Over the last four years we've been out only a couple of times but after the 2012 Christmas we were out for an entire day with all inbound calls going to our cell phones. VERY UPSETTING but the PROS way out way the CONS.
That's the truth. You want an honest review there it is. Pros and Cons.
In summary, I would recommend Vocalocity to a friend.

We have been with Vocalocity for several years now. We have not changed yet, but are now completely done with the terrible reliability of their system. It is not easy to simply change VOIP phone company's so I would encourage you to think three times before you go with this one. When you are running a business, you cannot afford to have missed calls due to your phone company not doing their job. Missed calls translate into lost money!
Vocalocity simply cannot keep their phones running without incident. We have bought all the equipment they requested, we have obtained an static ip address, we have a very highspeed internet connection. There is simply no excuses anymore!
Every year we have numerous times when the system will go down for a day. We have intermittent problems with the phone all day every day, and the really sad thing about this is we only notice this when we are calling out. Who knows really when the problems are exactly occuring and whether people are having a problem getting into your business.
