One of the main reasons that users join Freedom Voice is, quite simply, that it’s so easy to use. A range of additional features support the basic system outlined above. One of the best features we encountered whilst checking out Freedom Voice was the Web LINK feature, an online user interface that allows users to change their settings, update their account information, check voicemail and more, all with a few clicks. This means that changes to your account can be made in a matter of minutes and without the need for any technical or IT knowledge. Other call-related features that we felt would prove useful for most users included ACD advanced call routing (that helps users set complex rules for the routing of calls throughout the system), call screening, call blocking, Caller ID and internet fax, all of which help to improve the way that users can interact with the system.
Freedom Voice offers customers a good service and a range of excellent features that help to improve the user experience and help staff manage calls better. Although the cheapest service on offer at this site is comparable in price to that at other services, we did find the more advanced packages (which naturally include the most advanced features that are useful in large or growing businesses) to be priced a little above what we would pay at other providers we have reviewed.
