ViaTalk aims to offer its customers a cost-effective and efficient service that is right for all small and medium sized businesses. With a number of great features that are perfect for business users and a selection of plans (with inclusive US/Canada minutes), ViaTalk is a great choice for those looking to introduce VOIP-based calling to their business. While this service doesn’t quite make it into our top ten in this category (largely because it’s not quite as advanced as other services we have reviewed), it’s definitely still worth checking out, so read on to find out everything you need to know about ViaTalk!

ViaTalk provides its customers with a wide range of features that help to improve the service. Firstly, the whole ViaTalk system is built on state of the art fibre-optic networks, ensuring the highest possible call quality and reliability. A range of other ‘call-based’ features also exist, including advanced voicemail features (complete with notifications and remote access capabilities), Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Caller ID, internet fax and more. Users can amend details on their account, manage usage and activate and de-activate optional services using the ViaTalk online administration panel. Great stuff!

While this service definitely isn’t the cheapest we have reviewed in this category, we still think it’s pretty good value for money. Prices start at $34.95 per month, rising to $42.95 per month if users opt to include unlimited minutes (US/Canada) as part of their service. All of these packages require a minimum contractual time commitment, although this is excluded if users ‘bring their own device’, i.e. they supply their own equipment, perhaps from a previous foray into VOIP-based calling. The range of packages and plans on offer mean that businesses of any size or structure will find a suitable service with ViaTalk.

We really enjoyed checking out what’s on offer at ViaTalk. With a range of high quality features and a number of different calling plans to suit all types of organization, ViaTalk could well be a great choice for those looking to introduce VOIP into their communications system. While this service isn’t the cheapest one we have come across, the packages actually represent pretty good value for money, due the inclusive minutes included with each package, so we urge our readers to give this service a try.
