AxVoice is a VOIP-based call service provider that offers its services to small business and home-office based users across the USA. As one of the USA’s most popular VOIP providers, AxVoice has won a number of industry awards for the quality of its service and continues to grow, providing more and more customers with VOIP services each month. With a great range of features and inclusive minutes as standard on all AxVoice packages, it’s easy to see why this service is so popular. If you’re looking for an easy yet professional way to integrate VOIP into your business communications system, AxVoice could well be perfect for you.
One of the reasons that AxVoice customers choose the service is the number of great features that are on offer here. Users can get started in a matter of minutes and can choose from either a basic VOIP-calling service or a virtual PBX system ideal for small businesses. Either way users can benefit from Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Caller ID, blacklisting, voicemail and many more features besides, all of which are included as standard with all AxVoice packages. What’s more, there’s no activation fee and no setup charges with AxVoice, so you don't have to pay a penny to get up and running with this service.
In terms of cost, AxVoice falls somewhere in the middle of this competitive market. The base cost of monthly packages with AxVoice is $14.99 or $29.99, for either Home Office (SOHO) or Small Business packages, respectively. The main difference between the two packages is the volume of free minutes (for US and Canada) included within the package as standard – with Home Office this is 200 minutes, while with Small Business this 1500 minutes. It is also worth pointing out that the service offers a range of other more niche plans for residential use or for those users or businesses whose phone usage is almost exclusively international.
With low call rates, both domestically and internationally, as well as a range of good features and plans to suit businesses of all sizes, AxVoice is a great choice in this market. While it doesn’t quite make it into our top ten, and doesn’t have as many users as the market leaders in this category, such as Ring Central, Skype or Phone Power for example, we still enjoyed checking out what it has to offer its customers. If you’re looking for a powerful and professional way to reduce costs and improve communications and efficiency in your business or home, give AxVoice a try!
