OneBox is a great, all-in-one VOIP calling service that has been serving business customers for a number of years. Brought to market by J2, the company behind eVoice, FuseMail and eFax, OneBox is flexible, easy to install and high quality meaning it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a professional way to integrate VOIP-based calling into your business’ communication system. What’s more, with a thirty-day free trial on all packages, no set up fee and no long-term contracts to worry about (meaning you can cancel at any time), it’s never been easier to give OneBox a try!
The range of packages on offer at OneBox help businesses of all shapes and sizes see the benefits of introducing VOIP-based calling into their communications systems. All plans come with an amount of inclusive minutes (that vary in number depending on the packages chosen) and a range of complementary features that help make the service easier to use for both callers and operators. The cheapest packages, at just under $50 per month, gives users 2,000 calling minutes, with packages rising all the way up to around $200 per month (and offering up to 12,000 inclusive minutes). Furthermore, OneBox are happy to receive requests for tailored packages if you don’t feel that any of those on offer will adequately support your needs or projected growth. Finally, customers can make changes to their package at any time – by changing package altogether or adding extensions to improve the service.
In terms of features on offer, OneBox doesn’t disappoint. As with other services in the J2 group, OneBox prides itself on maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism throughout and this really shows in the features offered as part of the service. Some particularly excellent features at OneBox included auto-attendant (ensuring a professionally and efficiently answered call every time), recordable greetings, conference calling and extensive voicemail features (including voice-to-text transcription). One of the main benefits of choosing a service like OneBox is that users can also use the same service to send online faxes too, meaning one system really can do it all!
We were impressed by the services and features on offer at OneBox, finding that, although the monthly cost of OneBox is towards the top end of services in this category, the inclusive minutes offered each month mean that it’s still great value. If you’re looking for a way to integrate VOIP into your current business phone system, OneBox could well be a great choice for you!
