While we weren’t so excited about the price of this service compared to others we have reviewed, it’s definitely still worth considering, so read on to find out everything you should know about Voip.com.

In terms of features, Voip.com doesn’t disappoint. Users can set up the service quickly and easily, with most of the early stages being completed online. No technical knowledge is required to set up the service and there are no set up or connection charges, making this product ideal for smaller businesses. Users can leverage more than 45 calling and PBX features including voicemail, Softphone capabilities, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding and many more. All users have access to an online control panel that lets them make changes to their account, manage usage and add new users with ease.

Our main criticism of the Voip.com service is the cost of the hosted PBX service. Although users can opt for either a twelve-month contract or a “no contract” agreement, the price for both starts at $54.95 per month, making this service one of the most expensive we have reviewed. While we’re sure some of our readers will still consider this price good value considering the features on offer, many small businesses and startups may not have the funds to commit to such an expensive service and may prefer to look elsewhere in our listings for this category to find something more suitably priced.
