I am stuck in installation, can make a call out on temporary number.
No customer support phone number to call them on to see what I am missing.
Certain parts of their instructions do not match reality of what I have
(My router configuration options, and the adapter ivr settings to get its ip; the ivr responses aren't what they say and I can't get past it - if I need to)
Submitted an email. Await response.
Submitted a Ticket. Await response. (no open ticket review page)
There is a live help button on the side of their support page, but it is not a chat. for tech support or general support, it says "offline". Here I am, noon on a Thursday...
I don't know whether I need to play with a configuration to get the rest of the way. I don't know if my existing number completed its porting process. I need them to tell me something now that I am here.
I fully expect, by reviews read, that I will be happy with it but I am nervous about the tech support. They advertised 24x7.
In summary, I would recommend AxVoice to a friend.
