Ring Central is an excellent tool for allowing us to communicate between various partners and employees in our business, no matter where they are. We can have 1-to-1 conversations, video calls and video conference calls in full-HD, on our desktops, tablets or mobiles. We also have IP-based phones that are also connected through the Ring Central service, so all we have to do is pick up the phone to make a VOIP call. We also have fax numbers and voicemails, call-forwarding, call-recording, call-blocking, call-screening, message alerts, etc., all controlled via the Ring Central service.
We also have a dedicated toll-free 800 number, so that our customers can contact us directly, free of charge.
We have truly embraced the internet with our business telephony service, and taken full advantage of the speed, features and prices that this affords, which has more than paid for itself in less than a year.
Moving our entire telephone service into the 21st century couldn't have been easier with Ring Central.
