My experience with Axvoice was disappointing. I initially chose their service thinking it would be a straightforward and cost-effective way to set up a landline. Unfortunately, it ended up being more complicated than expected.
Getting the account activated took over a week, and I had to reach out multiple times to their support team just to get updates. Responses were slow and often lacked the clarity needed to move things forward.
Their website advertises a live chat feature, but in practice, it wasn’t functional. That left email as the only option for support, which made it difficult to get timely or helpful assistance.
In the end, the service didn’t live up to what was promised, and the lack of dependable customer support added to the frustration. I’ve since switched to another provider and have had a much better experience.
In summary, I would not recommend AxVoice to a friend.
