I have been working with a company using Freedom Voice for 3 years now. The only reason they are still with FV is because of the hassle and expense of changing. Recurring problems with lost messages, notifications not working, garbled messages are still not fixed after al this time. I like many of the available features but they need to work. I would think twice before going with Freedom Voice if any of the things I have mentioned would be a problem for you or your business.
In summary, I would not recommend Freedom Voice to a friend.
