VoipGate is a business VOIP service that aims to give its customers a communications solution that not only improves the efficiency of call management but also reduces costs too. With a number of great features and some of the lowest per-minute call rates to national and international numbers, VoipGate is a much-loved service that has a sizeable collection of happy customers. While this service doesn’t quite make it into our top ten in this category (mostly because the service isn’t quite as polished or as comprehensive as some of the others we have reviewed here), it’s definitely still worth a look, so read on to find out everything you need to know about this service.

VoipGate provides users with a wide range of features that help businesses manage their calls better and improve their service. One of the best features about VoipGate is the fantastic hosted PBX service that allows businesses to get all of the benefits of a regular hardware-based PBX system without the associated costs and maintenance requirements. Users can set up the virtual PBX system to automatically answer and rout calls to specific users or departments, helping businesses improve the way they manage customer calls.

The service also has a range of call-based features, including Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Caller ID and Softphone capabilities, all of which help to improve the user experience. VoipGate’s voicemail features are also excellent, with users being able to manage their messages easily and access them remotely too. The service’s basic package has no monthly fees and no set up charges or connection fees, meaning customers pay for only the calls they make. This makes VoipGate a great choice for small startups who are looking for a cheap way to get the phone and communications services they need to run their business.

VoipGate has most of the features we would expect to see in a service of this size, including PBX services, voicemail, call-based features and more, and while the price of these services is difficult to pin down exactly, users report saving money whilst using the service too!
